The project:
Ofo engaged with Evolve to lead recruiting for the newly launched North America business. During a six-month appointment, we successfully:
- Hired the first 100 employees across the operations, marketing, legal, policy and communications teams
- Hired the North American leadership team
- Built end-to-end recruiting processes
- Created a competency-based framework along with an interview question bank and role-related exercises
- Helped define roles and a prioritization hiring plan
- Defined, hired and managed a recruiting team of four
- Built compensation and equity frameworks for each level
- Helped implement recruiting technology including Lever, Docusign & Classmarker
- MBA school outreach & the rollout of a ‘bar raiser’ program
