Markforged partnered with Evolve to support its software engineering and product hiring. Embedded within the recruiting team, Evolve successfully:

  • Deployed a team of 4 recruiters to manage all software engineering & product hiring
  • Using sourcing tools including GEM, LinkedIn recruiter, Hired, to source top tier engineering talent
  • Doubled the size of the software engineering team making over 50 senior full-stack engineering hires in the first 12 months
  • Helped create a repeatable recruiting process that was later rolled out to the rest of the company
  • Partnered with hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes
