Resilience Lab partnered with Evolve to support its software engineering & GTM recruiting efforts. Acting as the sole in-house recruiting team, Evolve successfully:

  • Helped scope and build a recruiting plan which included creating job descriptions, job kits, sourcing plans.
  • Partnered with the Founder, CTO & COO to update on progress
  • Sourced key hires including CFO, Engineering Lead, Clinical Director, Marketing Lead, Growth, and more
  • Saved RL over $400k in recruiting fees
  • Using sourcing tools including GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter to source top tier engineering & GTM talent
  • Partnering with hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes
