Wayfair engaged with Evolve to help source executive talent (Director level and upward) to support several strategic initiatives. Evolve successfully:
- Embedded into the Wayfair recruiting team, supporting the COO and other senior stakeholders with executive level (Director +) hiring
- Sourced candidates from a range of companies, including top-tier consulting firms (to Partner level)
