Wheels partnered with Evolve to become their global in-house recruitment team helping with both US & European hiring. From our London & Boston offices, Evolve deployed a team to support hiring across all areas of the business.
- Hiring leadership roles for new cities in the US across operations, policy, & communications for HQ and new city locations
- Made the first leadership hire In Europe and then supported hiring for all new European city locations
- Created a competency-based framework along with an interview question bank and role-related exercises
